Today I leave for my 6 week trip to Italia, starting in Venezia (I will be there for the Carnivale) and working my way down to Roma. I plan to eat lots of gorgeous food and see beautiful masterpieces.
I hope to send a few entries while I am away, but in case I get too wrapped up in all the splendour that is Italia keep busy cooking and eating while I am away.
I look forward to sharing lots of delicious recipes and stories when I come back.
