For the last 10 years I have been a chef, writer and now food editor. I have a love affair with cheese, am obsessed with butter. I have a loving boyfriend who continuously cleans up my kitchen messes, I will partake in a negroni or two and I like to bake bread (preferably smothered with butter or served with cheese).
Living and working in Sydney, Australia, I have my dream job working at one of Australia's best food magazines and with an office in a kitchen (and no excuse at all to ask what is for lunch straight after breakfast) I find myself surrounded by so many ideas that I choose to share some extra ones here with you.
